The Architecture of Intent (AoI) is an organizational approach built to resolve this crisis. By separating strategic human alignment from high-frequency automated execution, AoI structures production around declarative specifications, execution capabilities, and automated quality gateways. Humans move from primary executors to architects of goal systems, letting the enterprise build a permanent, compounding execution capability that retains and optimizes knowledge over time.
